Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm

The Role- Provide academic and pastoral support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Work with individuals and small groups to raise attainment and confidence
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Assist students with additional learning needs where required
- Help create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Contribute to intervention programmes and enrichment activities
- A minimum 2:1 degree in a core subject, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
- Passion for working with young people and supporting their development
- Positive, proactive and professional attitude
- Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching or youth work experience is advantageous but not essential
