The Role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you may be required to:

* Support pupils on a one-to-one basis or within small groups.

* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

* Provide classroom support across a variety of educational settings.

* Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN, SEMH and behavioural needs where required.

* Help create a positive, nurturing and safe learning environment.

* Promote pupil engagement, confidence, wellbeing and independence.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience working with children or young people.

* Experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* A positive, adaptable and proactive attitude.

* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

* The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Salary will be dependent upon proven experience, qualifications, and the expectations and requirements of the role.
