Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants for opportunities starting September 2026 across East Sussex. Roles include 1:1 pupil support and classroom assistance in specialist settings for SEND and SEMH schools.
Ideal candidates will build strong relationships with young people and have a genuine desire to help pupils succeed. Experience in SEND is appreciated but not a necessity, as training and support are provided.
Roles offer competitive pay at £92.60 per day, with full-time and long-term opportunities available.
