We currently have a vacancy for an Employability Developmental Coach to join our team based in our Main Liverpool Campus on Renshaw Street. This role may also require delivery within outlying Liverpool City Region areas, such as Halton, Southport, Sefton, St Helens, depending on referral demands.
Responsibilities- Plan, prepare and teach a range of knowledge and skills to support learners progress into industries including Business Admin, dental, construction, childcare and housing.
- Embed employability skills across learning journeys, including English, Maths, Digital and personal development.
- Deliver engaging and inspiring training and employment programmes to learners aged 16‑24.
- Support learners to achieve their goals and qualifications, advising and guiding them through their programme and supporting them into employment, apprenticeships or further education opportunities, in partnership with business development teams.
- Design and structure programmes that respond to individual learner requirements.
- Experience working with individuals not in employment, education or training and delivering employability qualifications for 16‑24 year olds.
- Enhanced DBS completed.
- Recent teaching experience and a relevant teaching qualification.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Strong understanding and awareness of mental health issues.
