Role summary
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Programme Leader for our MA Music Industry Management. The post holder will be responsible for programme development, including planning, designing, delivering and organisation of the programme as well as shaping the curriculum and ensuring it reflects the LIPA values and provides the ultimate student experience.
About the role
You will be responsible for teaching on the programme, maintaining the resources required for the programme, ensuring that sessions delivered are measurably effective and efficient, and engaging students through Practice‑Led Research and collaborative learning, informed by current industry trends and developments. You will also liaise with external organisations and partners to develop collaborations, manage competing priorities, and support inclusive learning. The role combines programme leadership responsibilities with additional teaching contributions within the Management Department and across the institute;
teaching allocation will be agreed with the Head of Management in line with departmental requirements.
