Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for caring, resilient and motivated Learning Support Assistants to join a specialist education setting where every day brings the opportunity to positively impact the lives of young people.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support students both in and out of the classroom. You'll help create a calm, positive learning environment, build trusting relationships, encourage positive behaviour and provide the consistency and encouragement that enables students to thrive.

Previous experience in education is welcomed but not essential. We would also love to hear from candidates with transferable skills gained in roles such as sports coaching, youth work, mentoring, support work, military service, residential care, outdoor education or community work. If you're used to motivating young people, setting clear boundaries and building trust, we'd love to hear from you.
