Responsibilities
- Provide consistent 1:1 support
- Support learning, focus, and engagement in the classroom
- Implement behaviour and learning strategies set by the class teacher and SENCO
- Offer emotional and pastoral support throughout the school day
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
- Have experience supporting pupils with ADHD or SEND (desirable)
- Be patient, calm, and proactive
- Have strong behaviour management skills
- Be reliable and committed to a long-term role
- Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or have school-based experience
