Aspire People are recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary schools in and around the South Liverpool area from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development. Working closely with class teachers, you'll play a key role in helping pupils achieve their full potential through high-quality classroom support and targeted interventions.

The Role

* Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2

* Deliver targeted small-group interventions in Maths, English, Reading and Phonics

* Work alongside class teachers to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment

* Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

* Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence and a positive attitude to learning

* Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

The Ideal Candidate

* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

* Has recent experience working within a UK primary school

* Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum

* Is confident delivering intervention sessions to small groups

* Has a positive and consistent approach to behaviour management

* Is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about supporting children's education
