Role Overview

This is an exciting time to join Stoke Park School. We are seeking to appoint a professional and motivated individual to support and contribute to the education and development of a named student by providing appropriate opportunities, care and supervision, ensuring that the student is able to safely access all aspects of School life, and is able to achieve their full potential during their time at Stoke Park School.

In the absence of the named student, the successful candidate will work with teachers to support and enhance the teaching and learning of small groups/individual students and ensure students make progress in line with their targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and care to a named student as per their individual needs.
  • Participate in planning and delivery of small group or individual student lessons.
  • Assist teachers in ensuring students make progress towards their targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attend relevant meetings.
  • Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
