Laidlaw Schools Trust is seeking a Welfare & Attendance Lead to join the Attendance and Inclusion Teams under the direction of the Head Teacher and SENDCo to promote welfare, attendance, safeguarding and student well-being across the Academy.
The role focuses on removing barriers to learning by delivering targeted support to pupils and families, working with parents, carers and partner agencies, and ensuring timely interventions that improve engagement and safeguarding.
