Protocol Education is seeking a SENCo to lead SEND provision across the academy and ensure compliance with statutory guidance. You will work with the Executive Head and leadership team to shape SEND strategy and monitor impact.
You will support teachers with inclusive practice, coordinate targeted interventions, and maintain accurate SEND records. The role involves occasional cover teaching and collaboration with parents and external agencies.
