Milk Education is working in partnership with a range of welcoming and inclusive secondary schools across Merseyside to recruit Part-Time Fully Qualified Supply Teachers to start as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and adaptable teachers with a background in core subjects including English, Maths, and Science who are looking for greater flexibility and work-life balance within education.

The Role as a Part-Time Fully Qualified Supply TeacherAs a Part-Time Fully Qualified Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons across core subjects, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment. You will work across KS3 and KS4, confidently adapting to different school settings and student needs.
Key Responsibilities as a Part-Time Fully Qualified Supply Teacher- Deliver high-quality lessons across core subjects including English, Maths, and Science
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Follow school behaviour policies and classroom routines effectively
- Adapt teaching methods and lesson delivery to suit varying learning needs
- Ensure students remain engaged, motivated, and on task
- Provide feedback on pupil progress and lesson outcomes to school staff
- Build positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Support student attainment, confidence, and wellbeing across the curriculum
- Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience teaching within secondary education across core subjects
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
- Confident delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Looking for flexible or reduced working hours
- Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach to teaching
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
