Teacher for Small Groups

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic qualified teacher (QTS required) to lead small group learning in a supportive and engaging environment.

The correct candidate will be teaching day to day pupils 3-19 years old with a range of SEN needs- ASC, ADHD, PMLD, SEMH, GDD, PDA.

• Teach small groups of no more than 8 pupils
  , ensuring highly personalised learning.
• Deliver activity-based sessions that promote engagement and progress.
• Use learning through play approaches to develop communication, independence, and confidence.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an inclusive and caring classroom environment.

• QTS (Primary or Secondary) with a passion for innovative teaching.
• Creativity and flexibility in planning and delivering lessons.
• Strong understanding of child development and active learning strategies.
• Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
