The role

The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver engaging and inspiring programmes to support individuals and businesses to achieve their full potential within the Early Years sector. Within the Early Years team, you will be responsible for the teaching and assessing of individuals and groups working towards their Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships.

You will need experience working within the Early Years sector and to be confident to deliver training and presentations to groups of up to 35 learners.

The right fit
  • You’re a confident individual with experience delivering and presenting training within teaching or assessing experience.
  • It is essential to have experience in the Early Years sector with up to date knowledge.
  • You’re Level 3 qualified in Early Years and Level 2 qualified in English and Math.
  • You have the ability to develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning resources to deliver both in person and online training.
  • You have experience working on a variety of online platforms to keep accurate, up to date records.
  • You have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
