• No Classroom Experience? No Problem. If you've worked in care, support roles, youth services, or even in emergency services such as the police or fire service, your skills are highly valued.

• A DBS certificate (or willingness to apply – we can guide you through it)
• A proactive, positive attitude
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in supporting children and young people
