Connex Education are seeking a dedicated SEN Practitioner – Primary Education Support to work across a range of primary schools in North Somerset. You will deliver targeted interventions and support pupils with diverse needs, helping them access learning in a nurturing environment.
In this role you will collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals, focusing on early intervention, inclusion and emotional regulation. A calm, patient, and supportive approach is essential.
