95 : GBP
115 per day
Are you passionate about helping junior school pupils gain confidence in their learning? Do you have the drive to guide children through critical stages of their primary education?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable KS2 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school team in Liverpool. If youre ready to make a dynamic impact in the classroom and help pupils thrive both academically and socially, we want to hear from you
How Youll Make An Impact- Academic Support:
Deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy to boost pupil attainment ahead of key assessments. - 1:on:1 and Group Focus:
Work closely with small groups or individual pupils to break down complex topics and build learning confidence. - Classroom Partnership:
Team up with the class teacher to manage classroom dynamics, prepare engaging resources, and maintain a positive learning environment. - Inclusion and Wellbeing:
Support pupils with diverse learning needs (including SEN), ensuring every child feels supported, included, and valued. - Track and Encourage:
Monitor pupil progress, celebrate their achievements, and share updates with teachers and parents.
- Qualifications:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or a relevant degree/equivalent experience). - Experience:
Previous experience working within a Key Stage 2 (Years 3:6) environment. - Skills:
Strong literacy and numeracy skills, a patient mindset, and the ability to manage behavior positively. - Soft Skills:
Great communication, flexibility, and a genuine passion for unlocking potential in young learners.
- Competitive Pay: GBP
95 : GBP
115 per day (depending on experience). - Referral Scheme:
Earn up to GBP
300 when you successfully refer a friend or colleague - Career Growth:
