Shaw Trust is seeking a Youth Worker to join our Norfolk Prospects team, supporting 14-18-year-olds at risk of statutory intervention and 10-14-year-olds progressing from primary to secondary school. Based across Norfolk, mainly in South Norfolk, with some schools in Breckland and Norwich.
We offer 25 to 37 hours per week, term time only, with flexibility for the right person. Deliver tailored support, build trusted relationships across schools and the community, helping young people realise
