Think Tank Academy is seeking an experienced trainer to assess staff training, qualifications and assessments across our delivery programs. You will train face-to-face and virtually, partner with client stakeholders, and travel with overnight stays as required.
The role requires devising training materials, delivering NVQ Level 5 qualifications, and up-to-date care-related knowledge. You will help ensure efficient training processes while upholding our values and standards.
