Milk Education is seeking a compassionate, dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work across our fantastic Liverpool secondary schools
. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with additional learning needs, helping them reach their full potential in a mainstream school environment.

As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide personalised, tailored support to a pupil with additional needs.
• Assist with behaviour regulation, emotional support and learning engagement.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams.
• Help adapt lesson materials to meet individual learning styles.
• Support the pupil both in and out of the classroom to promote independence and confidence.

• Experience supporting children or young people (school based or similar setting).
• A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication and relation shipbuilding skills.
• Resilience and a genuine passion for inclusion.
• Teamwork, commitment, and a proactive attitude.
