We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive team at a primary school in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting the early development and learning of a specific child with additional needs, helping them thrive in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

• Work 1:1 with an individual pupil in an EYFS setting, tailoring support to their specific physical, emotional, and learning needs.
• Assist the class teacher and SENCo in implementing personalized learning plans (e.g., EHCPs/IEPs).
• Adapt early years activities and resources to make learning accessible, engaging, and age-appropriate.
• Support the child's communication, physical development, regulation, and social interactions with peers.
• Help create a safe, calm, and inclusive learning environment where the child feels secure and valued.
• Monitor, observe, and log the child's daily progress, providing regular feedback to the class teacher and SENCo.
