SEND Teaching Assistant

SEND Teaching Assistants Full-Time, Long-Term Roles (Primary & Secondary) Enlightenment Education Derby & Surrounding Areas Enlightenment Education is now recruiting full-time, long-term SEND Teaching Assistants to support a range of specialist schools across both primary and secondary settings. We work with nurturing, inclusive provisions that support children with a variety of additional needs, including autism, speech and language needs, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.

We currently have multiple vacancies available, including: SEND Teaching Assistants Primary & Secondary Supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties, communication needs, and SEMH. SEMH Teaching Assistants Secondary Working with pupils who require emotional regulation support, behaviour guidance, and consistent pastoral input. Key Stage 3 SEND Teaching Assistants Supporting small groups and 1:1 learners within specialist SEND provisions. HLTA SEND & Little Wandle Phonics Delivering interventions, supporting teachers, and leading small groups across SEND and mainstream settings.

Speech & Language 1:1 Teaching Assistant (Specific Role) Providing targeted 1:1 support for a pupil with speech, language, and communication needs within a specialist SEND setting.
