Milk Education is working closely with primary and secondary schools to recruit experienced Learning Support Assistants who are passionate about supporting pupils to reach their full potential.
This role is ideal for LSAs who are confident working in schools and are looking for flexible, rewarding work with the support of a people focused agency.
The Role:As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Work with students with SEND, SEMH, and additional needs
- Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour support
- Help create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
- Support pupils' academic progress, confidence, and wellbeing
- Previous experience in a UK school is essential
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND or behavioural needs
- Confident working across primary or secondary settings
- Patient, consistent, and nurturing approach
- Able to build positive relationships with students and staff
