Requirements:

• Prior Experience: Background working with children or young people (aged 11-16) as a Support Worker, TA, Tutor, Youth Worker, Care Worker, or similar setting.
• Passion: A genuine desire to guide and mentor secondary school students.
• Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and strong classroom management skills.
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
