The roleProvide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils
Help pupils overcome barriers to learning
Support pupils academically, socially and emotionally
Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team
Encourage pupils to develop confidence and independence
Build positive and supportive relationships with pupils
Passionate about supporting children and young people
Patient, approachable and resilient
Confident communicating with pupils and staff
Reliable and committed to a full-time school role
Experienced in working with children, or a graduate looking to enter education
£500 per week
Full-time, Monday–Friday
