Learning Projects Coordinator

Every week Liverpool Philharmonic’s Youth Programmes reach over 2,300 children and young people, through programmes like In Harmony Liverpool Philharmonic and Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Company. To strengthen the delivery of these impactful, long term programmes, we have carried out a internal restructure, which has lead to exciting new opportunities within our Youth Programmes team.

We’re currently recruiting for a Learning Projects Coordinator, working at the heart of our youth programmes, directly making a difference in the lives of children and young people.

The Learning Projects Coordinator willhelp ensure the successful operation of Liverpool Philharmonic’s Learning programmes. As part of our Youth Company team, you’ll help facilitate all aspects of our rehearsals, projects, events and activities for children, young people and our communities, often working in the evenings and weekends. You’ll be responsible for setting up rehearsals and activities, supporting artistic teams to inspire the next generation of young musicians.

You will manage relationships with participants, partners and stakeholders, serving as a first point of contact and providing support for all involved. You’ll also use evaluation and feedback from participants to help increase our accessibility and grow our reach and diversity.
