Job Title: Regional Trainer

Contract Type: Fixed term for up to 12 months

Salary: £38374.23 (£42354.97 is achieved after 12 successful performance in the role)

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, full time

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Location: National - Hybrid Role

As a key member of the Learning & Development Team, you will report to the Training Delivery Manager and will be responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of a range of training initiatives and learning and development programmes that will enhance the knowledge and skills and behaviours of all our colleagues across the Group. Please note this role supports colleagues across the Group and involves extensive travel to our offices, services and other locations to deliver training and learning activities.

• Proven extensive experience as a Trainer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of training principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

• Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to address the learning and development needs of colleagues across the Group.
• Work with Learning Partners, Learning Advisor other Regional Trainers to conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across different departments.
• Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and presentations using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
• Create and update training materials, including training manuals, presentations, handouts, and multimedia visual aids.
• Collaborate with Learning Partners, Learning Advisor, Regional Trainers, subject matter experts (SME) and department managers to ensure that training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organisational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Provide individual coaching and support to colleagues to reinforce learning and development objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new training methods to continuously improve the training programs.
• Be aware of any regulatory changes within the housing sector to ensure these are properly reflected in all training content
