Milk Education is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant tojoin a welcoming Primary School in Liverpool (L9) on a long‑term basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide general classroom support in EYFS class, helping children with their early development, learning, and social skills. You will be joining a supportive and experienced team dedicated to creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general classroom support to the class teacher and KS1 pupils
• Support children’s learning through group work, interventions, and focused 1:1 support
• Assist with the delivery of phonics, early reading, writing, and maths activities
• Encourage positive behaviour, inclusion, and emotional development
• Support with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and observation/assessment tasks

Essential Requirements:

• Recent and relevant experience working in an educational setting
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, or equivalent) or similar working experience
• A passion for supporting EYFS pupils
• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to learning support
• Ability to follow guidance from the class teacher and work effectively as part of a team
