The Solar Installer will primarily be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar systems for residential properties. Daily tasks include handling and operating power and hand tools, working with solar photovoltaic systems, ensuring safety standards, and providing excellent client service. The role will also involve assessing installation sites, preparing materials, and collaborating with team members for efficient project completion.

• Knowledge and experience with Solar Power, Solar Systems, and the Solar Industry
• Proficiency in handling and using Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and industry best practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights
• Previous experience in the solar installation field is preferred but not required
• Relevant certifications or training in solar energy systems or electrical work are advantageous
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
