• Right to Work: Must have UK citizenship or a valid Right to Work in the UK.
• License: A valid Driving License is essential.
• Communication: Communicative English to work effectively in an international environment.
• Mindset: A strong commitment to safety, quality, and technical growth.
• Flexibility: Readiness to work across various locations in the UK and Ireland.
• Certifications: GWO modules, CSCS Green Card, or CCNSG.
• Equipment Ops: NPORS/CPCS qualifications (Telehandler, MEWP).
• Experience: Previous experience with wind turbine installations.
• Adaptability: Comfort working within multicultural teams.
