We are looking for an ambitious and innovative SHE Advisor to join our team and provide support at our Liverpool operations. This role will allow the successful person to make a demonstrable impact within a world‑leading organisation that maintains a family feel.

• Implementing company‑wide SHE strategies and policies
• Maintaining operational compliance with the environmental permit
• Ensuring that the integrated management system is effective
• Being the site expert on SHE related topics
• SHE point of focus for EA/HSE visits/audits
• Identifying high hazard activities and ensuring controls are in place
• Overview of SHE training requirements, priorities and implementation
• Incident investigation and Root Cause Analysis

• Preferably holds degree‑level qualifications in Occupational Safety and Health and in Environmental Science/Management, but a minimum of certificate level
• Root cause analysis skills and experience
• A natural communicator, comfortable dealing with people of all levels
