We are seeking an experienced Senior Revit MEP Coordinator to join a growing digital engineering consultancy in Liverpool. This is a senior-level role working on large-scale, highly technical projects across the Nuclear, Rail, Healthcare, and Pharmaceutical sectors - projects that demand precision, leadership, and deep technical expertise.

You will join a high-performing team of 14 digital engineering specialists, collaborating with industry-leading Revit Technicians, BIM Managers, and Digital Engineers. With an 8-year track record and a reputation for delivering excellence, the business plays a major role in national frameworks - all delivered from their Liverpool base with an exceptionally flexible hybrid working policy.

Your Role as a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator:

Lead the development, coordination, and delivery of detailed MEP designs from Developed Design through to As-Built models
Own and drive the Revit model across all disciplines, chairing and leading coordination discussions in Design Team Meetings (DTMs)
Represent the company confidently at client meetings and on-site, acting as the senior technical point of contact
Oversee and resolve complex MEP system and coordination challenges, offering guidance to junior team members
Work directly with company Directors and senior digital engineering staff to uphold best practice and technical excellence
Influence project workflows, model standards, and digital delivery processes

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a senior-level professional with:

Significant experience in a consultancy, MEP contractor, or main contractor environment
Advanced Revit MEP modelling and coordination expertise (typically 4+ years)
Strong background in detailed design, clash resolution, and as-built modelling
Proven ability to lead MEP coordination in meetings and on-site environments
Confidence in guiding and mentoring junior coordinators and technicians
Eligibility to obtain security clearance (project requirement)
