A local government authority is seeking a Highways-Development Control Engineer for an initial 3-month hybrid contract. Responsibilities include assisting with technical designs for highway improvements, managing S38/S278 Agreements, and ensuring compliance with safety legislation. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, the ability to produce detailed reports, and knowledge of both engineering and industry standards. This role has a pay rate of £26.13 PAYE / £34.15 per hour Umbrella, working 36 hours a week.
