About the Senior Engineer role

• Manage and report all engineering requirements according to company policies and processes.
• Coordinate various aspects of the development process.
• Collaborate with in-house technical teams.
• Manage communications and operational interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants and site teams.
• Ensure all utility, service, supplier inquiries, quotations, acceptances, and approvals are obtained.

Requirements for a Senior Engineer

• A Civil Engineering degree is desirable, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as an Engineer, with a consultancy background or in-house design within a house builder.
• Ideally, MICE chartered or Incorporated, with studies fully supported towards this.
• Experience designing infrastructure, foundations, highways, drainage, and external works in housing developments.
• Strong IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, PDS, FLOW, or similar packages.
