My client are a Specialist Façade Contractor, who also work as a Principle Contractor on remediation projects.

Projects typically range in value from £500K to £5M, with larger-scale exceeding £10M

My client are currently seeking a Designer to join their established team of three designers, their projects are all within Liverpool (very close to eachother)

• Produce cladding construction detail drawings
• Prepare elevation, plan, fire barrier, and site investigation drawings
• Panel and sub-grid setting-out drawings
• Material take-offs and coordination with the Commercial team
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and photo records

Liverpool Site/Office attendance:
Minimum three times per week

• Full-time, permanent position within a growing construction group
• Company laptop & phone
• Travel expenses to and from sites outside of Liverpool
