The Role:

Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across a complex healthcare estate
Ensure full compliance with statutory, contractual, and industry standards
Provide senior technical leadership and support critical decision-making
The Candidate:

Engineering/FM leadership experience in healthcare or regulated environments
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong electrical knowledge with a focus on compliance and safe systems of work
