We're working with a cutting-edge automotive specialist looking for a Head of Special Projects to lead the delivery of ultra-exclusive vehicle builds from concept through to completion.

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the heart of a customer-led engineering environment-owning projects, influencing delivery, and working closely with both technical teams and high-profile clients.

As Head of Special Projects, you'll be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of bespoke vehicle programmes. Acting as the central point of coordination, you'll ensure each project is executed to the highest standards-on time, on brief, and exceeding customer expectations.

You’ll balance technical understanding with strong project leadership, working across engineering, workshop, and customer stakeholders.

• Leading multiple bespoke vehicle projects from concept through to final build
• Acting as the primary interface between the customer and internal teams
• Translating customer requirements into clear technical and delivery plans
• Managing timelines, risks, and key milestones across each programme
• Working closely with engineering and workshop teams to ensure seamless execution
• Providing regular progress updates and representing the project at key review stages
• Maintaining exceptional attention to detail across all aspects of delivery

• Proven experience in automotive, motor sport, or high-performance engineering
• Strong project or programme management background within complex builds
• Experience working in a customer-facing technical role
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems and engineering processes
• Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
