Position:
Mobile Gas Engineer

Location: Merseyside

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £44,000 basic per annum, with overtime and standby payments

• Be an integral part of the mobile maintenance team, offering gas competency to the facilities and estates
• Implement PPM on boilers, related plant, and other mechanical services
• Undertake minor project works on boiler equipment
• Provide in‑depth reports on predictive timings for remedial works and life cycle condition assessments
• Offer a high level of technical and hands‑on support while communicating daily with clients
• Participate in out‑of‑hours on‑call rotations and promptly respond to reactive maintenance issues
• Coordinate with visiting specialist sub‑contractors related to mechanical facets of the PPM schedules

• £44,000 basic salary plus overtime and standby payments

• NVQ Level 2‑3 Mechanical Discipline (e.g., heating and ventilating or equivalent)
• ACS/Corgi/Gas Safe qualifications in both domestic and commercial gas
• Proficiency in combustion and gas analyser utilisation for enhanced efficiency
• Competence in working with AHU’s, BMS, AC equipment, cold water systems, and other mechanical structures
• Full UK driving license
