Structural Design Engineer

A Structural Design Engineer position is available in Liverpool with a multi-disciplinary consultancy, offering a permanent contract and a salary between £35,000 and £45,000. Working within their building structures team, you will contribute to a varied portfolio, including schools, mixed-use developments, and residential towers reaching 20 storeys. Under the mentorship of a chartered engineer, you will receive structured support toward professional accreditation.

2. Candidates should hold Graduate membership with IStructE and possess an MEng or MSc in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, achieving a First Class result. This role suits an early-career professional seeking broad project exposure and guided progression.

This Multi-disciplinary Engineering Consultancy have a requirement for a Structural Design Engineer to join their building structures team as they continue to expand due to a large increase in their workload. You will be working on a broad range of structural projects under the guidance of a chartered structural engineer who will support you in your professional development. Projects include schools, mixed use and large scale residential projects up to 20 storeys.

They use Tedds, SCIA, and Master Series and operate at BIM level 2 for the majority of the their projects. To be considered you will be a Graduate member of IStructE and have a MEng/MSc in Structural, Civil or Architectural Engineering with a First Class pass (Or equivalent). Having achieved this qualification you will have been working in a structural consultancy working as a structural design engineer in the UK on Structural projects.
