Electrical Engineer

We re looking for a Electrical Engineer to join our Major Projects team based in Liverpool or London.

We re seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you ll be responsible for delivering electrical designs for large, complex construction projects, ensuring sustainable, compliant, and cost-effective solutions from concept through to construction. You ll work collaboratively with clients, architects, and colleagues to bridge engineering excellence with real-world needs.

As a Electrical Engineer, You ll Be Working Within The Major Projects Team, Supporting Them In Delivering Innovative Electrical Design Solutions For High-value Construction Projects. Your Day To Day Will Include

• Providing high quality electrical designs and specifications that meet client requirements and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Leading the electrical design team and coordinating with other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions
• Offering technical advice and support in project design meetings, establishing innovative concepts and sustainable design solutions
• Collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout project life cycles
• Identifying and resolving technical challenges during design and construction phases whilst maintaining quality assurance

This role of Electrical Engineer is great for you if:

• You hold a degree in Electrical Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering and are a member of CIBSE or IET
• You are a Chartered Engineer or actively working towards becoming chartered
• You have demonstrable experience in electrical building services engineering with a high level of knowledge in your discipline
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• You re collaborative, trusted, and focused - enjoying working closely with others to reach innovative solutions whilst delivering on your promises
