Penguin Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client for an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Noise Consultant to join their client’s team near Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart their career in environmental noise and acoustics. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £27,000-£30,000 per year

As a Graduate Noise Consultant, key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting environmental noise surveys and assessments
. - Performing noise monitoring and data analysis
. - Undertaking noise assessments for planning and development projects
. - Preparing detailed technical reports
. - Engaging in acoustic modelling and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborating with clients, planners, and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A degree in acoustics
, physics
, engineering
, environmental science
, or a related discipline. - A genuine interest in noise and acoustics, with a practical and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
A typical day will involve:
- Conducting site visits to perform noise surveys and collect data.
- Analyzing noise data and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Using acoustic modelling software to assess and propose mitigation measures.

- Participating in team meetings and contributing to project planning.
