Be degree educated in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline. Have significant experience in the design and development of analogue power electronics. Have proven experience designing SMPS, AC/DC and DC/DC power conversion systems. Have experience working within the Rail, Energy, Transport or other highly regulated industrial sectors. Be capable of providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers and driving complex power electronics projects from concept through to production.
