Senior Electrical Engineer

A large-sized multi-disc consultancy is looking to set up an MEP offering within its existing Liverpool office. The company is well renowned across the UK and has over 900 staff across its 12 offices. The Director is looking for established Senior Engineers to come in and work alongside him to grow the team and start working on an existing pipeline of work.

This presents a very unique opportunity for someone to get access to very quick progression working alongside the Director. This position leads to an associate position and eventually leads your own team of Electrical Engineers. 7+ Years’ experience in building Services Have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering Provide input on design strategy and conceptual design relative to electrical installations

Undertake design calculations relevant to the design of electrical installations within major building projects

Design electrical installations including the production of design drawings, diagrams and schematics along with project specifications and schedules

Design electrical installations to meet requirements for energy efficiency and low carbon requirements

Assist with the growth and development of the electrical team

Lead an M&E Team in coordinating and delivering individual projects, including attendance at meetings, internal programming, project reviews, etc.

Manage client and design team relationships. Understand client needs and interpret and confirm the project brief.
