Aftersales Coordinator

What you will be as an after-sales coordinator:- Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Respond to and solve technical/order enquiries and returns from existing customers
- Manage product returns and processes
- Input and record customer information, warranty claims and enquiry information
- Support the wider team to complete the daily caseload to a high standard
- Confident, friendly and patient phone manner
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Competent computer skills, including the use of Apple processing systems along with Salesforce, RingDNA, or Woo Commerce, highly regarded
- Close attention to detail
- Enthusiastic about learning and development
- Work-life balance – our hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
