Position: On Board Host

On-Board Host for Trans Pennine Express (TPE) at Liverpool Lime Street Station.

Pay rate: £13.65 per hour plus commission.

Hours:

Part Time (16 hours).

Shifts:

Rotational shifts between 6am and 9pm, including some weekends.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or over and adaptable to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including long hours and varying shifts.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Facing role within the Retail Leisure & Hospitality Industry.
  • Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
  • Provide 'at seat trolley service' on TPE trains, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing stock, and handling transactions.
  • Travel on assigned trains, assist passengers, achieve sales targets independently, and meet contractual goals.
  • Accurately account for stock and transactions, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, and support management initiatives.
