This is a part-time, on-site role for an Army Musician (Reserve) based in Liverpool. As a musician in the British Army’s Reserves, your role will involve performing in a variety of ensembles, including military parades, concerts, and ceremonial duties. You will rehearse regularly to maintain high levels of musicianship and participate in military training to understand Army protocols and values. Additionally, you’ll engage in team-building activities and develop leadership and communication skills through structured training programs.

• Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments, with the ability to read music and perform within an ensemble.
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in both musical and military team settings.
• Willingness to participate in regular training and professional development, both musically and in military practices.
• Flexibility to perform during ceremonies, events, and Army operations as required.
• A genuine interest in music and a commitment to representing the British Army as a musician and ambassador.
