About the Role

To provide administrative support to the whole Financial Planning team to ensure a commercial high quality low risk client service can be delivered. To ensure client data is accurate and up to date to support the client service marketing strategy and BI requirements of the business.

What you’ll be responsible for

Provide Advice Support services to RFP. Ensuring adherence to processes and maintenance of SLAs agreed with the business.

  • Establish strong working relationships across RFP community to all levels to ensure that service excellence is achieved throughout the Advice client lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the Provider Business Support and SIPP Teams along with wider Group Operations Functions to build strong relationships with all ensuring good client outcomes.
  • Take a proactive approach to problem solving. Looking for opportunities to streamline processes where possible.
  • Proactively engage with the regulatory landscape and take ownership for our risk environment
  • Providing training and support to develop and empower others in line with our Training & Development framework.
  • Delivery of good Client Outcomes.
Advice Support

Primarily responsible for day-to-day execution of the servicing of all including complex cases :

  • new transactions including onboarding across the Advice lifecycle for all prospective & existing for recipients of Financial Planning and Wealth Planning
  • amendments & maintenance for all prospective & existing for recipients of Financial Planning and Wealth Planning
  • processing of fees & monitoring of revenue collection and distribution in relation to Financial Planning and Wealth Planning
Adherence to and delivery of :

good Client outcomes through adherence to regulatory and governance requirements.

  • appropriate controls in relation to data quality and all money movements instructed from the Advice Central Support Function.
  • accurate and efficient Client Reporting working with internal stakeholders and in line with regulations.
  • excellence through a range of detective measures and support the continuous improvement of our people process and systems.
  • RFP lifecycle seamlessly across all areas of RFP and RIM. Working collaboratively to ensure Xplan is managed and maintained in order to achieve service excellence.
  • strategic initiatives.
General
  • Familiarise and adhere to Rathbones Group policies and procedures.
  • Take responsibility for development of teams.
  • Ensure strong internal relationships are developed across RFP SIPP Admin Operations and Investment Management divisions.
  • Maintain knowledge of regulations and ensure good client outcomes are demonstrable.
  • Any other duties as required.
About you

If you meet some of these criteria and are excited about the role we encourage you to apply

Minimum of 18 months relevant experience within the Wealth Management industry including knowledge of all aspects of the teams primary responsibilities.

  • CII Level 4 or 3 x IOC desirable.
  • Understanding of Financial Planning products and the associated responsibilities of internal and external accountabilities.
  • Strong focus on delivering good client and business outcomes.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) across all levels including Exec.
