We’re proud to be partnered with a leading international consultancy headquartered in Central London, with a growing footprint across Europe and North America. As the business continues to scale, we are seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to support the Finance Director and take ownership of a broad range of core finance activities.

This role will pay £60k-£65k + bonus and hybrid working (1-2 days a week in the London office).

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-territory environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams across the business.

• Take full ownership of monthly management accounts for group and subsidiary entities.
• Lead multi-currency P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
• Prepare and review month-end journals including accruals, prepayments, and payroll.

• Oversee balance sheet and bank reconciliations across multiple currencies.
• Produce cash flow projections and commission reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure accuracy across all financial processes.

• Lead the preparation of audit files and supporting documentation.
• Work closely with senior management and external stakeholders across several international locations.
• Prepare legal and compliance documentation to support new client onboarding.

• Oversee Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with the Finance Director to streamline processes, enhance controls, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
