You won’t be inheriting a legacy structure.

You’ll be shaping it.

You will lead the finance function on site, setting standards early and ensuring the business scales with strong controls and clear reporting.

It is hands on.

It carries influence.

• Own the month end process and balance sheet integrity
• Oversee sales, purchase and nominal ledgers
• Manage group consolidations and statutory reporting
• Lead the annual audit
• Drive cash flow forecasting and working capital management
• Own VAT, tax and compliance reporting
• Lead budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting
• Improve systems, processes and controls
• Partner closely with operational leaders
• Support Board reporting alongside the CFO

You’ll be in the detail.

You’ll also help steer the direction.

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• 3+ years PQE in a financial control role
• Strong technical grounding and high standards
• Comfortable leading and developing others
• Experience in a group or multi entity environment
• Ambitious and energised by growth
