Divisional Finance Director

We are partnering the Group CFO of a growing international business in the appointment of a new Div FD. The successful candidate will lead the finance function that supports, underpins and guides the European operations of the business. You'll be responsible reporting and controls as well as key business partnering and influence. An eye for process improvement and passion for building best in class teams and expectations are key to success.

• Experience in a multi-site, multi-national business operation
• Exposure to internal sales and distribution functions and associated leadership
• A genuine blend of core accounting acumen along with a passion to add commercial value

It is a cliche but, you need to be hands on - prepared to get in to the detail and not expect to delegate everything.

This is a business posting consistent YoY growth from a revenue base north of £100m pa with clear plans to continue international expansion both organically and via opportunistic M&A.
